When I was a kid, my sister and I would fight all the time about who got to use the “Magic Spoon” in the morning as we ate our breakfast before school. It was the one spoon in our silverware drawer that was different from all the others, engraved with detailed etchings and somehow better than the rest! I love the idea that this “Magic Spoon” sparked our childhood imaginations, and as an adult now, that same wonder has helped shape my creative outlets, developing me into the multimedia storyteller that I am today. Magic Spoon Productions took flight in 2009 (long before the cereal company hit the shelves a decade later haha) after I graduated from UT Austin with degrees in Radio-Television-Film and Photojournalism. Since then, we have loved collaborating with the Austin creative community from artists, to musicians, live theater, non-profits, small businesses and various events. Our passion is creating media that informs, educates and inspires – we’d love to make some magic with you soon!
